Body found near where boater disappeared

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -

Investigators in Putnam County looking for a missing boater last seen Wednesday night on Lake Ocklawaha near the Rodman Dam have recovered a body in the water.

Lester Zetrouer, 59, was reported overdue by his family on Thursday. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission found his boat drifting, with some damage to it.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office dive team was assisting FWC in a search the lake on Friday. By early afternoon FWC reported a body was recovered but they area waiting an autopsy and family notification before confirming the identity.
