STARKE, Fla. -

The city of Starke issued a precautionary boil water advisory Thursday following a broken water line on Edwards Road.

All water was turned off in the city, according to the Bradford County Sheriff's Office.

Crews were working on repairs, which were expected to last through the afternoon.

Once the line is fixed, officials do not want anyone drinking the water.

The areas affected by the advisory are Call Street East to State Road 230, State Road 100 West to city of Starke limits, south of Call Street on County Road 301 and S.R. 100, or anywhere else that may have lost water.
