Burglary suspect arrested after tip

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Police in Jacksonville have arrested a man who was wanted on multiple counts of burglary, dealing in stolen property and giving false verification of ownership of pawned items.

On Feb. 25, police asked for the public's help in finding Gerardo Ariel Rivera.

Late Thursday, a tipster called the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and gave the specific whereabouts of Rivera.

He was arrested in the 12000 block of McCormick Road and booked into jail early Friday morning.
