JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Police in Jacksonville are trying to identify a man they said broke into a car, stole a woman's purse, then used her credit card a short time later.

The woman found her car's front passenger window broken and purse gone about 6:15 p.m. April 26 at Tillie K. Fowler Regional Park at 7000 Roosevelt Boulevard on the Westside.

At about 7:50 p.m., a man was seen on surveillance video at Walmart at 6767 103rd Street, where police said he used the woman's credit card.

Police said the video shows the man on a bicycle, but the woman believes she saw him leaving the park immediately following the burglary in an older model light green Oldsmobile.

Anyone who has any information on the man's identity is asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
