FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. – The Nassau County Sheriffs office says around 5:00 Saturday morning a man blacked out while driving and crashed into the Enterprise Rent A Car on South 8th Street in Fernandina Beach.
Both the car and building caught fire upon impact. The man was taken to Nassau Baptist Hospital, but his condition is unknown. Florida Highway Patrol is now handling investigation.
