JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A 14-year veteran of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was booked into the jail he normally helps supervise.

Corrections Sgt. Troy Harris was arrested on Monday after an investigation by the Sheriff's Office Integrity Unit, which investigates allegations of criminal activity by employees.

Undersheriff Dwain Senterfitt said Harris will be reassigned to an administrative job pending the outcome of the criminal investigation and an administrative review.
