PALM COAST, Fla. – One driver was killed and two others in her car, including a 5-year-old child, were seriously injured Saturday night on State Road 100 in Flagler County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Diane Upton, 58, of Palm Coast, was driving south from Landing Boulevard on a green light crossing S.R. 100 about 9:40 p.m. when her car was struck by a car heading west on 100 driven by Rebecca Lawless, 26, also of Palm Coast, according to the FHP report.

Upton was pronounced dead at the scene by Flagler County Fire Rescue emergency personnel. Vivian Upton, 5, and Kalyn Upton, 24, were both taken to Halifax Health Medical Center with serious injuries.
Lawless wasn't injured in the crash, the report states.
Troopers said Lawless failed to stop at the red light. Charges are pending.
