Dunn is awaiting his second trial in the case. It's scheduled to start in September.
Dunn says he shot into an SUV full of teenagers in November 2012, claiming self-defense.
He was convicted in February of three counts of attempted second-degree murder. A mistrial was declared on the murder charge because the jury couldn't reach a verdict.
