VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – Florida Highway Patrol troopers said a man was found dead under a lawn mower Sunday near Brownlee Road and Raulerson Road, near Lake George
Troopers said they believe Michael Giles, 68,stopped on the side of the road and got on top of a riding lawnmower that was on a trailer attached to his truck. They think he got on top of it because it possibly shifted while he was driving.

At some point, the lawn mower is believed to have fell off of the trailer and onto Giles.
A passerby found him under the mower with the engine still running.
No other details were immediately released. The incident remains under investigation.
