JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A fire broke out at a mobile home in the Beach Boulevard area early Tuesday morning.

A neighbor said one man lived in the home in the Portside Mobile Home Park on Ascot Drive, near Beach and Hodges boulevards.

The neighbor said the man was at work at the time.  He also said it took firefighters 40 minutes to extinguish the fire.

There was no fire damage visible on the outside of the home.  The cause is unknown.
