The world's largest cocktail party is going to be even bigger and better this year!

Florida Georgia Line will play at the Shipyards property on the Northbank on Friday, Oct. 31, to kick off Florida-Georgia weekend, promoters announced Monday. The concert will be called Tailgate.

Tailgate will be a day-long event with live music starting at 2 p.m. Other musical acts will include Cole Swindell, The Cadillac Three, Clare Dunn, John King, Michael Ray and more.

Local event promoter Billy Catlin said the concert will add to a longstanding tradition in Jacksonville.

"We are thrilled to raise the bar through entertainment on one of the most important weekends of the year," said Catlin. "Last year's concert was a huge success, and we expect that this year's concert will attract thousands to downtown Jacksonville."
