JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Chef Robert Stackhouse fro Publix Apron's Cooking School said that the best breakfast for mom is a Frittata.

He took us through the steps to make one.

First step is to preheat the oven. Set it to Broil. Next, get your frying pan and over medium to high heat, melt some bacon fat or butter. Next, throw in a cooked potato and let it get it nice and brown in the pan.

Throw in some veggies, frozen are just fine, and let those start to sizzle.
While that's warming up, whisk some eggs with heavy whipping cream, a secret ingredient.
Next, add the eggs to what's in your frying pan, getting them evenly distributed. Give it a couple of minutes to cook, then add some cooked bacon and cheese. Once the eggs start to set, pop the entire thing into the oven on broil until it's nice and golden brown. Chef Stackhouse said the only way to mess this up is to walk away and let it cook for too long.
