GAINESVILLE, Fla. – A senior assistant attorney for the city of Gainesville now needs the services of an attorney himself.
He was arrested and charged with prowling, both in and around a woman's home, while he was naked.

According to police, 59-year-old Ronald Combs broke into the victim's home early Sunday morning. The woman woke up and says she saw a nude man standing in her bedroom.
Police say Combs ran off and officers found him a short time later, but he refused to stop.
They stunned him with a Taser and took him into custody.
Combs is charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling, prowling and resisting arrest without violence. He is free on bond.
