According to police, Natasha hit her head on a tree as she fell from the horse. People at the scene did CPR to revive her, and a helicopter flew her to the hospital.

She was admitted to Wolfson Children's Hospital in critical condition and spent weeks in recovery.

Investigators say she was not wearing a helmet and the horse did not have a saddle.
