JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police in Jacksonville are seeking information after a 25-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Northwest Jacksonville early Saturday morning.
Officers began investigating the death of Michael England about 4 a.m. at the intersection of Pitts and Slay roads. England was found lying in the roadway.

Police said he was walking or standing in the road when he was struck by an unknown vehicle, resulting in his death. The vehicle fled the scene.
