A Yamaha motorcycle riden by Stephen Harris, 53, was traveling north on Blanding in the inside travel lane.  When Combs pulled across Blanding making the left turn, the motorcycle collided with the right rear of the Odyssey.

Combs told troopers that there was another vehicle in the left turn lane on the northbound side of Blanding, blocking her view of northbound traffic. Combs said she did not see anything coming when she pulled out.

Harris and his passenger, Jacque Vantyle Harris, 44, were taken to the UF Health at Jacksonville with critical injuries.  On Saturday, troopers said Harris had died.

According to the FHP report, Combs was charged with failure to yield.
