JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide on West 4th Street.
Deputies say they received a call just after 11 o'clock Sunday morning and found the body of a black man, believed to be in his 30's, next to a building in Blodgett Villas.
