KINGSLAND, Ga. – A 40-year-old Kingsland man was arrested Monday in connection with an arson fire at an apartment complex.
Joseph Loggins (pictured below) is charged in the fire that was started about 8:40 a.m. Saturday at the Hilltop Terrace Apartments in Kingsland.

The unoccupied apartment was destroyed but no one was injured, Camden County deputies said.
Investigators believe Loggins started the fire then fled the scene.
As deputies asked the public for help in finding Loggins Monday afternoon, he was arrested.
