GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. – A 41-year-old Clay County man was sentenced this week to life in prison after pleading guilty to multiple counts of sexual battery, incest, possession of photographs/sexual performance by child, promoting a sexual performance and lewd or lascivious molestation.
In 2013, the victims, a male and female who are now adults, told authorities how Mark Nicholls had sexually abused them starting when they were 11 and 14 years old.

The investigation revealed that Nicholls forced sex and took sexually explicit photos of one of the victims on numerous occasions since 2007.
Nicholls has been designated a sexual predator.
