JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 29-year-old man accused of luring a 9-year-old girl into a bathroom at a Best Buy store and attacking her pleaded not guilty Monday to four criminal charges.
James Tadros is charged with attempted first-degree murder, kidnapping, aggravated child abuse and criminal mischief.

The defense filed a notice of intellectual disability, and Tadros will have a psychological examination.
His next court date is Oct 30. He is still being held without bond.
Police said the girl fought off Tadros' attack and was rescued by customers and store employees that heard the commotion in the bathroom.
