FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. -

A Fort Lauderdale man has apologized for his behavior toward a judge.  Christopher Colon repeatedly cursed at Judge John "Jay" Hurley.

The 27 year-old is said to have cursed the judge 20 times, including dropping nine "F" bombs during a hearing last week.  Colon even numerous times told Hurley to perform a sex act.

Friday Colon apologized for his actions saying, "Your honor, I apologize real bad, and I'm asking for you to accept my apology, please your honor."

Originally Colon was sentenced to 364 days in jail.  Judge Hurley later suspended the sentence to time served Friday.

Colon remains in jail on charges of aggravated battery of a pregnant woman.
