GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. -

A man who ran out of gas on Interstate 95, north of mile marker 29 in Glynn County, early Monday morning was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

State troopers said the driver of the truck may not have known he hit someone, but it's being investigated as a hit-and-run fatality.
