Department of Justice officials said the three men were stopped by a Nassau County Sheriff's Office deputy on Jan. 17, at which time Blake was detained due to driving on a suspended license.

The deputy reported that upon searching Blake, real and counterfeit money was found. In addition, a search of the vehicle produced more counterfeit money, two bags and a lock box.

According to the DOJ, one of the bags had counterfeit business checks, including two made out to Blake. The lock box contained a multifunction printer and supplies used to manufacture counterfeit money.

Blake faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison for the manufacturing and possession charge and for the possession charge, and up to 10 years in federal prison for the counterfeit check charge. His sentencing date has not been set.

Lipsy and White are scheduled for trial on Nov. 2.
