Deputies in Clay County are trying to identify a man they said tried to rob a woman at knifepoint at an ATM machine.

Deputies said the woman was at a drive-through VyStar ATM in the 1100 block of Blanding Boulevard about 9 p.m. April 8 when a man put a silver hunting knife through her driver's side window and demanded money.

The man is described as white, in his early 20s, with blond, curly hair. He was wearing a light blue shirt and blue jeans.

The woman told the man she was unable to get any money, and the man left walking south in the parking lot, deputies said.

Anyone with any information about the man's identity is asked to call the Clay County Sheriff's Office at 904-264-6512.
