Man sought in Clay County credit card fraud

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. -

Deputies in Clay County are asking for the public's help in identifying a man seen using another person's information programmed onto a fraudulent credit card.

Deputies said the fraudulent card along with 20 or more others are being used in the northeast Florida and southern Florida areas.

The man was seen driving a black car. Deputies said they don't know if it's his or a rental.

Anyone with any information about the man's identity is asked to call Detective Wayne Simandl at 904-213-6764 or 904-465-0319.
