JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A man stole more than $600 in meats from the Sandollar Restaurant and Marine on the Northside, and now police are trying to identify him.

Officers began investigating the burglary about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the restaurant in the 9700 block of Heckscher Drive.

Surveillance video shows the man taking a large package of meat and placing it in what appears to be a Jeep Wrangler before driving off. Investigators said they have reason to believe the Jeep may have been stolen.

Anyone who has any information about the man's identity is asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
