Masked gunman holds up Arlington CVS pharmacy

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police are searching for a robber who wore a skeleton mask and pointed a gun at a CVS clerk on Thursday afternoon, demanding money and Black and Mild cigars.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the robber held up the store on Atlantic Boulevard at Arlington Road just before 5 p.m.  After being given money, the robber ran out the front door.

A witness in the parking lot told police the robber pulled off his mask and he calmly walked east toward Arlington Road.

A search of the area including K9 units did not find any trace of the suspect.

Police say the suspect was wearing a dark green jacket, black pants and black Adidas shoes with a white pattern.  The witness said he was a white man, 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall with a thin to medium build and dark hair.
