JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Friends and family of Michael England joined together Thursday to remember their friend on what would be his 26th birthday.

England was hit and killed by a car in May 2013 at the intersection of Pitts and Slay Road in the Dinsmore area of Jacksonville while walking home.

England's family and friends gathered in the rain Thursday night to tell stories and share memories about him.

Members of Justice For All and MAD DADS joined England's family in a prayer.

There still have been no arrests made in connection to England's death.

Family and friends have struggled to keep the public's attention on this case and they are urging anyone with information on England's death to call Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS.
