ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – Loved ones gathered Saturday afternoon to remember a store clerk who was shot and killed while at work.
Friends and family said goodbye to Malav Desai at the St. Johns Family Funeral Home.
Desai moved to St. Augustine a month ago. He lived there with his wife.
Investigators said he was shot in the head during a robbery Tuesday. Some of his family traveled from India after they learned about the tragedy.

Desai's brother-in-law said he wants justice for the killing.
"He gave over the money," Chayen Desai said. "Then why shoot him? This is the mind of a criminal."
He said the family wants the shooter, Sergio Morgan-Wideman, 15, to be charged as an adult.
Morgan-Wideman was charged for the murder Friday. Andre Robinson Junior, 16, is also charged with fleeing and eluding, and grand theft auto in connection to the murder.
Malav Desai turned 29 last month.
