JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A 22-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Interstate 10 just before 11:30 Saturday night.

The Florida Highway Patrol says Mark Samuels was driving a 2003 Yamaha motorcycle east about a quarter of a mile west of Lane Avenue in the middle lane.

The FHP says Samuels lost control of his motorcycle and collided with the inside guardrail throwing Samuels from the motorcycle.

FHP has not determined if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
