Eddie Postway

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

One of two men charged with murder after police said they struck and killed a man with their car while speeding away from an armed robbery pleaded guilty Monday to carrying a concealed weapon.

All other charges against Eddie Postway were dropped.

Police said Postway and Cyrus Benjamin were speeding away from an armed robbery and an attempted armed robbery when they hit 56-year-old bicyclist Terry Sikes (pictured) on the Westside in July 2013.

Both suspects were charged with felony murder.

Postway could be called to testify against Benjamin, who is awaiting trial.
