JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Jacksonville police say a woman is in critical condition after a crash Sunday afternoon on Collins Road in Westside Jacksonville.

Police said the crash involving two different cars happened at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Investigators said a woman driving a green Honda heading south on Rampart Road hit the passenger side of a gray SUV heading westbound on Collins Road, causing the SUV to flip.

After talking to witnesses, police said the driver of the Honda ran a red light and is at fault for the crash.

The driver of the Honda was taken to UF Health Jacksonville with life-threatening injuries. An adult and four other young adults who were in the SUV were taken to Orange Park Medical Center. Their injuries were said to be non-life-threatening.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said it is still investigating.
