CLAY COUNTY, Fla. -

The Clay County Sheriff's Office is auctioning off a pair of goats with somewhat distinctive features.

Not unlike the last pair of goats auctioned, this couple was found wandering the roadside in Clay County and an owner could not be found.

For the last month the goats have been living at Clay County Animal Control, now they need a new home.

"Please notice that the male (dark coat) has pretty impressive horns and the female (light coat) has -- well -- a pretty impressive beard," the Sheriff's Office wrote in a news release.

One or both will go to the highest bidder.

The auction will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Animal Control, located at 3984 State Road 16 W.
