JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

More than 1,000 customers were affected by a water main break off Timuquana Road and Seaboard Avenue on Wednesday morning, according to JEA.

The first call about the break came in at 4 a.m.

The majority of people had water back by 8 a.m.  About 80-90 people still have low pressure or no water at all, according to JEA spokesperson Gerri Boyce.

JEA said the leak causing the outage has been isolated and stopped.
