JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -

A 70-year-old man was arrested Tuesday who Jacksonville Beach police say had over 700 pornographic images and videos of children on his computers.

The Jacksonville Beach Police Department began an investigation on June 28 of a local computer that was reportedly downloading and sharing child pornography via the Internet.

On Dec. 10, digital forensics provided by Homeland Security Investigation said Thomas O. Bryant was downloading and sharing child pornography via the Internet.

Bryant was arrested Tuesday and charged with 12 counts of possession of child pornography and reclassifications that police said made 11 of the 12 charges a second-degree felony due to explicit content.
