Forty vehicles, seized under Florida's Contraband Forfeiture Act, will be sold to the highest bidder.  A cash deposit of $100 to $500 must be placed by the winning buyer, and the purchase must  be finalized with either cash or a cashier's check by 2 p.m.

Many of the cars to be auctioned are luxury vehicles.  One of the cars is a 2006 Maserati Quattroporte (similar to the one pictured at the top of this article), which sold new for just over $100,000.  Two Mercedes-Benz cars, Cadillacs and several SUVs and pickup trucks will also go on the auction block.
