JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A former Memorial Hospital security guard, arrested in February on charges that he assaulted female employees, has just been arrested again on an additional charge.
The arrest report said 47-year-old Anthony Holley was arrested last Thursday on a battery charge.
Holley was first arrested in January on charges of misdemeanor battery after five female employees at the hospital filed complaints against him.
One of the charges was later dropped and Holley pleaded not guilty to the other charges.

The State Attorney's Office said Holley posted bond shortly after his arrest last week.
If convicted, Holley could face up to a year in the Duval County jail.
He will be arraigned on May 6.
In January, Memorial Hospital told News4Jax Holley was a contracted security guard, and it has a zero tolerance for such behavior.
Holley's attorney said Thursday that they stand by their original statement that Holley is 100 percent innocent, and they look forward to defending his honor in a court of law.
