Police investigate Myrtle Avenue shooting

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating a drive-by shooting that happened Saturday afternoon on the corner of Myrtle Avenue and 16th Street.

Police said 10 to 15 shots were fired.

A man was shot in the arm and head. He was taken to the hospital in non-life-threatening condition.

JSO said the investigation is ongoing and did not give a suspect description.

Police also told News4Jax its not clear if anyone witnessed the shooting.
