Simple steps towards a sexy stomach

So you do your crunches, you eat your veggies, you try all the latest diet pills, but you just can’t get rid of that extra belly bulge  Sometimes workouts just aren’t enough to get your tummy tight, so try these steps.

Step one – Dr. Oz says you can rev up your metabolism by eating hot pepper jelly. It’s full of capsaicin, a chemical that speeds up metabolism by 20 percent for 30 minutes after you eat it. Eat two tablespoons every morning.

Step two – to kill your hunger, skip the diet pills and try acacia powder. It’s a powder that comes from the bark of the acacia tree. Sprinkle it on meals and make sure to drink plenty of water.

Step three – eat pickles to detox your digestive tract. It’s packed with probiotics, which helps fight against bad bacteria and will reduce bloating in your belly.

Another way to fight belly fat is to drink four ounces of red wine daily. One of the ways the body responds to stress is to store extra calories, especially in the stomach. Research shows a glass at the end of the day can lower your stress levels.  Red wine is also packed with antioxidants that reduce inflammation.
