Snacks you can eat, lose weight

We’re right in the middle of swimsuit season. However, if you forgot to plan your weight loss plan accordingly, check out these snacks you can eat in order to catch up.

Try hard boiled eggs with Sriracha. Eggs can improve thyroid function, responsible for metabolism. Sriracha also has capsaicin, which burns calories and fat.

Next, try watermelon and balsamic vinegar. Watermelon is 90 percent water, which keeps you fuller, longer. The balsamic activates an enzyme that helps break down proteins in your body.

Also, try some cottage cheese with cinnamon. Calcium-rich cottage cheese can metabolize fat in your body, and the added cinnamon helps your body process glucose faster.

Some other weight loss snacks are pomegranate seeds and pistachios. Pomegranate seeds are heavy in fiber, which helps control appetite. The pistachios contain an amino acid which helps blood flow during exercise.
