JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Jacksonville police are trying to identify two armed robbers who struck a Southside liquor store Tuesday.

Police said the robbers went into Crown Liquors in the 10100 block of Beach Boulevard just before the store closed.

One of men was armed with a handgun and approached the clerk in the back of the store and pointed the gun at him, forcing him to lay on the floor.

The second man collected liquor and money before both men left the area on foot.

They were last seen on Beach Boulevard heading toward Peach Drive.

Anyone who has any information on the robbers' identities is asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
