ORANGE PARK, Fla. -

Deputies in Clay County are trying to identify a man who stole sunglasses from a store in the Orange Park Mall last month.

Deputies said the man went into Sunglass Hut in the 1900 block of Wells Road at about 3 p.m. April 25 and was looking at Prada sunglasses.

The man made a comment to the clerk that they were too expensive, deputies said. They said the clerk then moved away to assist another customer.

Video surveillance shows the man picking up a pair of Prada sunglasses from a display case, then concealing them in his pocket and walking out the door, deputies said.

The man is described as white with a large build and wearing a dark blue work-style uniform.

Anyone with information on his identity is asked to call the Clay County Sheriff's Office at 904-264-6512.
