Joseph Tether and Nicholas Stoner plead not guilty at their arraignments.

Two men charged in the killing of a 21-year-old man at a BP gas station last month pleaded not guilty at their arraignments Wednesday.

Joseph Tether, 20, is charged with murder and robbery in the killing of Nedzad Botonjic. Nicholas Stoner, 21, initially charged with murder, is now only charged as an accessory.

Police said Botonjic (pictured) met the two at the Regency gas station on Atlantic Boulevard to sell Tether some marijuana, and Tether shot him in a robbery.

Both suspects will be back in court in September for pretrial hearings.
