ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -

A tractor trailer overturned on the I-95 northbound ramp from State Road 206 in St. Johns County Friday morning.

It happened shortly after 7 a.m. as the driver was trying to turn onto the ramp.

"Apparently the load he was carrying shifted to the left, causing him to overturn," said Trooper Dennis Shorter of Florida Highway Patrol.

The driver, 43-year-old Rodrigo Morata, was not injured. Troopers said the 24-ton concrete cylinder load remained attached to the trailer.

Oil and diesel fuel leaked onto the roadway, and a hazmat crew cleaned it up.

The entrance ramp was closed until mid-morning Friday.

Morata was cited with failing to use due care.
