Investigators have identified and arrested a woman they said used checks stolen from a car in December.

Gwenda Green, 62, is charged with 11 fraud-related felonies.

Jacksonville police said the car was burglarized Dec. 8 in the 5000 block of Norwood Avenue on the Northside.

A witness saw two young men burglarize the car and flee on foot to a nearby neighborhood, according to police.

On Dec. 12, police said, Green was seen various Walmart video surveillance images making purchases with the victim's checks.
