Woman convicted of manslaughter in husband's death

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville woman has been convicted of manslaughter in the 2006 shooting death of her husband.

Noni Stinson was sentenced Wednesday to 30 years in prison in the death of Solomon Stinson.

She claimed self-defense, but prosecutors said she shot her husband in an argument over his infidelity.

Her first conviction was overturned by the First District Court of Appeals because of faulty jury instructions.
