Woman sought in credit card theft, use

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police in Jacksonville are trying to identify a woman who used credit cards stolen in a car burglary last Friday morning.

Police said the victim's car window was shattered in the 7500 block of San Jose Boulevard, and a purse containing items including credit cards and a checkbook were stolen.

Immediately after the theft, a woman used several of the victim's stolen credit cards to make purchases at several different Walgreens stores in Duval and St. Johns counties, police said.

The woman also uttered one of the stolen checks at a local Navy Federal Credit Union, police said.
