The Jaguars’ final home game Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts will be televised in the Jacksonville area after enough tickets have been sold to lift the television blackout.
Ticket sales are expected to continue through Sunday, and the game will be televised by CBS both regionally and locally.
The team has avoided having any game blacked out since the 2009 season.
Kickoff at EverBank Field is scheduled for 1 p.m. and the game will also air live on WOKV AM & FM (690, 106.5).
Sunday’s game will feature a halftime tribute to owners Wayne and Delores Barr Weaver. This will be their final game as Jaguars owners, with Shahid Khan scheduled to take ownership on Wednesday. Fans attending the game will receive a free poster commemorating the Weavers as they leave the stadium.
Prior to the game The Florida Times-Union’s Super 24 high school football team will be introduced on the field, and at halftime the Nease High School marching band will perform after the Weavers tribute.
Tickets are available on jaguars.com beginning at $55 per ticket. Fans can purchase tickets by calling 904-633-2000 or 877.4.JAGS.TIX (option 4) or by visiting jaguars.com.
