ORLANDO -

For the fourth straight year, the Gators are marching on to the Sweet 16. Florida used a stingy defense and Scottie Wilbekin scored 21 points in a 61-45 win over Pittsburgh.

The Panthers scored 46 points in the first half in Thursday's game against Colorado. But Florida had other plans, holding Pittsburgh to just 45 points for the entire game.

The Gators extended their win-streak to a school record 28 games, despite shooting on 5 for 20 from 3-point range.

Florida advances to the Sweet 16 where it awaits the winner of UCLA and Stephen F. Austin. The Bruins and Lumberjacks play Sunday in San Diego.
