JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

The rebuild of the Jaguars continues as General Manager David Caldwell hired four new people in the personnel department and promoted one.

He held the title of assistant director of football operations from 2001-03, was promoted to assistant general manager/football operations in 2004 and spent five seasons (2005-09) as vice president of football operations.

Andy Dengler was promoted as assistant director of player personnel after spending the last two seasons as director of college personnel.

Caldwell also hired Kyle O'Brien, Paul Roell and Mark Ellenz as college scouts.
